Dhusamareb (Somali: Dhuusamareeb), (Arabic: دوسمريب) also spelled Dhusa Mareb, is the Constitutional capital of Galmudug State of Somalia. It's in the heart of Dhusamareb District. The town is administrated by Ahlu sunna wal jama, a modern Sufi paramilitary group which was part of central regions state building officially endorsed by the Federal Government of Somalia, The group accused The Federal Government of Somalia led by Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of unfair power sharing because when the regional elections happened, a regional president which was endorsed by the Federal government led by former president of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who was also in the same political party as him won the elections, Ahlu Sunna said we are no longer part of the central regions state building and we Do not recognize the new regional government of Galmudug.
There are new governments in Galmudug and in the federal government, there is a higher chance of uniting Ahlu Sunna wal jama and Galmudug.
