Dhirendra Premarshi is a Maithili singer, journalist, critic and radio personality.[1] He writes mostly in the Maithili language. He hosts the Hello Mithila radio program in Kantipur FM.[2] There are few writers and poets who use Maithili language in their works. One of them is Premarshi who writes poems and song lyrics in Maithili.[3] He has received numerous awards and nominations for best playback singer.[4] He has established himself as a leading male playback singer in Maithili Music Albums.
