Dewadaru Airport (IATA: KWB, ICAO: WARU) is an airport serving Karimun Java, an archipelago in Central Java province of Indonesia. This airport is including Jepara Regency in Central Java. Dewadaru Airport is located at Kemujan Island at Karimun Java. Kemujan Island can be said to have united into Karimun Java Island, the biggest island Karimun Java and only separated by small river. Distance from this airport to central activity at Karimun Java Island is 22 kilometer.

Etymology

Origin name of this airport is from endemic tree at Karimun Java Island, called Dewadaru. According to local belief, who takes the wood of Dewadaru, then the ship would sink on the way to leave Karimun Java Island, although only took a little wood.
