The Deeper Life Bible Church is a Christian denomination with its headquarters in Nigeria and branches around the world.

The church also known as Deeper life, was established in August 1973 at the University of Lagos Flat 2 by the then mathematics lecturer William Kumuyi. The church started with 15 persons. It is the general population arm of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry [1][2]

The church's headquarter is situated at Gbagada in Lagos. The church has an estimated attendance of over 800 000 individuals attending the church in Nigeria alone in 1988, It is the third largest church in the world.[2]

The Church holds a single service which starts by 8am at its headquarters and this attracts a population of over 120 000, this is also simultaneously done in its branches(District).

It is currently headed by William Kumuyi, who is referred to as the General superintendent and the women section is coordinated by his wife Esther Kumuyi.[3]

It has its branches known as district in all local government in Nigeria and is among the most widely spread churches [4]

The church is also a member of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN).

Its headquarters which was recently completed in 2016 was said to cost around $5bn[5]
