De Maiwand Atalan is a football team in Afghanistan.[1] They play in the Afghan Premier League. It was founded in August 2012 by the creation of the Afghan Premier League and its players have been chosen through a casting-show called Maidan-E-Sabz (Green Field). They Represent the South west region of Afghanistan. They lost 2–1 to Shaheen Asmayee F.C. in the Premier League Final, 2-1, earning them their first Runners-Up honour.
