David Mark Wells (born February 28, 1962) is a Canadian senator from Newfoundland and Labrador. He was appointed to the Senate on January 25, 2013.[1] Wells served as deputy CEO of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board.[2]
