David Fitzgerald is an American author, public speaker, and atheist activist, best known for his books on the Christ Myth theory.[1][2][3]
Early life and education
David Fitzgerald was born on December 26, 1964 in Clovis, California. He graduated from California State University, Fresno.
Career
Affiliations
Fitzgerald serves on the boards of the San Francisco Atheists and the San Francisco branch of the Center for Inquiry.[4][5] He is also the director and founder of the first Atheist Film Festival, as well as San Francisco's oldest Darwin Day celebration, Evolutionpalooza.[6]
Public speaking
He has served on the speakers bureau for the Columbus, Ohio-based Secular Student Alliance[7] and the Amherst, New York-based Center for Inquiry.[8]
