David Cournooh (born July 28, 1990), is a Ghanaian–Italian professional basketball player for Pallacanestro Cantù of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A.
In June 2016, he signed a two-year contract with The Flexx Pistoia.[1] On January 13, 2017, Cournooh parted ways with The Flexx Pistoia and signed with the Pallacanestro Cantù.[2]
Because of the unavailability of a Ghanaian national basketball team, he has been a member of the Italian national basketball team.
