David Bohigian is an American venture capitalist and government official who currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.[1] Prior to assuming his current role, he was managing director of Pluribus Ventures.[2] Bohigian was an Assistant Secretary of Commerce from 2005 to 2009 under George W. Bush. He was also a member of the management team of the hedge fund Bridgewater Associates. Bohigian was a member of Donald Trump's presidential transition, leading the Commerce Department's landing team.[3][4]
