Dante Acosta is an American politician serving in the California State Assembly. He is a Republican representing the 38th district, encompassing Simi Valley, far northern San Fernando Valley, and most of the Santa Clarita Valley. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, he was a member of the Santa Clarita City Council.
