Daniel Keita-Ruel (born 21 September 1989) is a German-French footballer who plays as a centre-forward for Fortuna Köln.[1][2][3]

He spent almost four years in prison, having found guilty in four cases of robbery, three of them rated as aggravated robberies. In 2014, he was sent to an open prison in Düsseldorf, making him possible to play semi-professional football for Ratinger SV as day-release prisoner.[4]
