Daniel "Dan" Deasy is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Deasy attended Bishop Canevin High School and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. He worked as a foreman for the Pittsburgh Department of Public Works before successfully running for Pittsburgh City Council. In addition to working in the House, he is also currently chairman of the Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority.
