Danchhi is a village in Kathmandu District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 11246 and had 2,593 households in it.[1] Danchhi is now included in Kageswori Manohara Municipality. The major places include Thali/थली, Nayapati, Bhadrawas, Hariyalinagar, Dumakhal, and Gajarkot. The major government schools are Shree Sahid Aadarsha Uchha MaVi, Shree Kanti Bhairab MaVi, and Shree Chaulanarayan PraVi. Private schools include Miniland English High School, Mount Everest Secondary School, Pragya Sadan School, Alpine Academy, and Hindu Vidhya Peeth.
