DXXB-TV is a commercial relay television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. Its transmitter is located at Mount Kitanglad, Bukidnon, whereas ABS-CBN studio complex located in Cagayan de Oro City. It started as a strong signal operations in 1991 (where the whole Northern Mindanao region and Iligan City have) and on October 6, 1997, ABS-CBN Iligan Channel 4 was launched because the transmitter in Mount Kitanglad was weak and signals from Cagayan de Oro and some parts of Bukidnon.[1][2]
