DXNS, branded as 102.3 Bee FM, is an FM radio station owned and operated by Northern Mindanao Broadcasting System. The station's studio is located at 4th Flr., L.T. & Sons Bldg., Montilla Blvd., Butuan.

History

In the turn of the new millennium, a new radio station started broadcasting in Butuan City that was made possible between a partnership of St. Joseph Institute of Technology (SJIT) under Northern Mindanao Broadcasting System (NMBS) and Quest Broadcasting. Thus, Killer Bee 102.3 FM was born. This upscale radio station continued airing from 2000-2008 and was widely regarded by students and young professionals as the station to listen daily. In the later part of 208, the radio station was renamed Caraga’s Hit Radio 102.3 but lasted only for two years. Then in 2010, ten years after its birth , it was again reverted to it’s original name, Killer Bee 102.3. This however only lasted for four years since the mother company, Quest Broadcasting decided to rename and launch a localized, market-focused radio station aimed towards bringing forth the latest in music entertainment as well highlighting local music, culture and the arts. Thus, 102.3 Bee FM is born. Not only that, NMBS will invade television via BEE TV and help advertisers reach their target market via the newest and strategically located electronic billboard right in the heart of Butuan City, The BEE L.E.D Ad Board.
