Curtis Richa (born Curtis Richardson; November 6, 1972) is an American Singer, songwriter, producer, A&R and record executive. He is the CEO of his own company Richamusikk and is also signed to Metronumm Musikk Publishing.[1] He is one of the founding members of the production team The Conglomerate (aka The Conglomm).

In total, Curtis Richa is responsible for having written and/or produced albums that have sold in the excess of 28 million records worldwide.[2] He has worked with Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Joss Stone, LL Cool J, Deborah Cox, Craig David and Jo Dee Messina.[1][2] Richa has also worked with foreign superstars such as Kumi Koda, Tohoshinki, Agnes Carlsson, Naime Amuro, Christopher, Rainie Yang, Fady Malouf and Darin.[1][2]

Music career

Early career

Curtis Richa began his songwriting career working alongside Zelma Davis. His track "Power" helped the Zelma Davis comeback album take the No.1 spot on the Billboard Dance Club Charts. Since his debut work with Zelma Davis, Curtis Richa has penned tracks for artists including Dante Thomas, Sharissa, AZ and 3LW.

2003–2005: Success since All I Have

In 2003, Curtis Richa's work with Jennifer Lopez and LL Cool J on the track, "All I Have", earned him his first No.1 single on the Billboard Hot 100. The BMI Award winning cut, "All I Have", remained at No.1 for four consecutive weeks and Jennifer Lopez's This Is Me... Then consequently sold over 6 million copies worldwide. LL Cool J's 10 10 album also went platinum subsequently.
A truly global talent, Curtis Richa regularly travels to London, Stockholm, Norway and Toronto writing with some of the top artists and producers around the world.

He's since landed award-winning cuts with artists such as Joss Stone on her 6 million seller Mind Body & Soul, Crystal Kay on her gold single "As It Began", Jane, Jacksoul, Rihanna producing and writing on her multi-platinum certified second album A Girl Like Me, Agnes' Top 10 single "Champion" on her new album Stronger, Andrea Lewis, Koda Kumi's Top 5 single "Cherry Girl" on her multi-platinum album Black Cherry and Fanatic feat. Deborah Cox.

2005–2011

In November 2005, Curtis Richa's work with Canadian artist Jacksoul earned him his first SOCAN Award for the most played R&B song for the Top 10 hit "Shady Day".
April 2006, Curtis Richa scored another Top 10 hit in Finland with the song "Sivuioreita" recorded by Jane.

As a producer of THE CONGLOMM, Curtis Richa is credited as a key figure in the development of future global superstars Aleksander With, Wurld, Charlie Vox, Angelique Cinelu and Christos. Curtis Richa, being of multi-genre, has a global reach of influence in the music industry extends beyond the borders of the United States and persists to make its mark in the world at large.

2012–present

In 2012, Curtis Richa worked with amazing young talents Andreas Moe and Raphaella, both artists signed to UK 's Premier Publishing Label Phrased Differently who both released their EP in beginning of 2013: Andreas Moe with This Year EP and Raphaella with Idiot EP.

In May 2013, "Under the Sun (Where We Belong)" the new single of Swedish DJ John de Sohn written by Curtis Richa went quickly Platinum in Sweden becoming one of the biggest 2013 summer smash hit on Swedish market.

In 2015, Curtis Richa contributed the hit "Colors" on Hardwell's upcoming album United We Are as well as Andreas Moe's hit "Ocean" from the album Before The Rumble Comes and most recently Disciples and David Guetta wonderful collaboration "No Worries" in which Curtis is the main vocalist .

Curtis Richa is currently back in the studio with artists such as Hardwell, Tiësto, Nicky Romero, Andreas Moe, Disciples, Sebastien Drums and Aleksander With working on all of their respective new albums.
