Crowdfunder
Crowdfunder is a Los Angeles based equity crowdfunding platform that sources and funds early stage ventures. The platform hosts both investors and entrepreneurs. It currently has a network of over 13,000 investors. The entrepreneurial side features founders and companies in sectors like tech, social enterprise, and small business.
Crowdfunder and its advisers have engaged with Congress, the SEC, and the White House on crowdfunding legislation and regulations. It recently introduced a VC Index Fund, which allows angel investors to invest alongside VC-backed deals.[1]
In June 2016, the company implemented an equal and transparent pay policy under President Steven McClurg.[2]
