On 31 July 2017, Ferrando reached her best singles ranking of world number 271. On 8 August 2016, Ferrando reached her best doubles ranking of world number 366. Ferrando has won four ITF singles titles and two ITF doubles titles.
Ferrando made her WTA main draw debut at the 2016 Guangzhou International Women's Open, where she received entry by a lucky loser spot, losing in the first round to Nigina Abduraimova.
