The following is a list of County Trunk Highways in Racine County, Wisconsin. Racine County's highways, with a total length of 141.6 miles (227.9 km), are managed by the Racine County Public Works Department.

- County Trunk Highway A, also known as Plank Road, runs for 14.2 miles (22.9 km), from County Trunk Highway W in Browns Lake in the west, to County Trunk Highway C in Yorkville in the east. It runs concurrently with County Trunk Highway N for 1⁄4 mile (0.40 km) in Dover.
- County Trunk Highway B, also known as Sheard Road, runs for 1 mile (1.6 km), from Wisconsin Highway 11 in Rosewood in the north, to the Kenosha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway B in the south.
- County Trunk Highway C, also known as Spring Street, runs for 14.4 miles (23.2 km), from Wisconsin Highway 11 in Kansasville in the west, to County Trunk Highway C in Yorkville in the east.
- County Trunk Highway D, also known as Washington Avenue and Main Street, runs for 5.6 miles (9.0 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Rochester in the east, to the Walworth County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway D in the west.
