Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria
COREN was established by decree 55 of 1970 and amended by Decree 27 of 1992, now the “Engineers (Registration, etc) Act, CAP E11 of 2004” Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This Acts empowers it to regulate the practice of Engineering in all aspect in Nigeria[1][2]
Registration procedure
Registration is done online and first requires the individual's institution sending the individuals transcript to a specifid mail adress. This also involves paying some fee and uploading some document to the bodys website.[3]
