Cotachena aluensis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Butler in 1887. It is found on the Solomon Islands[1] and in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.
Adults are pale brown, with dark brown marks on the costa of the forewings and two brown lines on the hindwings.[2]
