Cortney Palm (born February 20, 1987) is an American actress known for portraying Zoe in the 2014 film Zombeavers and the titular role in the 2012 film Sushi Girl.

Life

Palm began her acting career with a starring role as the Ghost Girl in the 2006 direct-to-video production of The Woodland Haunting 2.[1] This role earned her an uncredited role as a Party Guest in Greg Mottola's comedy Superbad. After only two years in independent films, Palm returned in 2009 to larger productions in Dana Schroeder's horror-thriller Lost Soul. This was followed by small roles in Fragile Hearts (2010), Sunday Morning High (2009) and Where's Tuesday Monday? In 2010, she then played the uncredited Red Queen's Court in Tim Burton's fantasy film Alice in Wonderland (2010 film).

In 2011 she was cast by Kern Saxton for the titular role in his 2012 thriller Sushi Girl.[2] Although this was not her first foray into feature films, she was credited as "Introducing Cortney Palm."

Palm was then cast as the model Maria, who meets a grimly fate, in Steven C. Miller's Silent Night (2012 film) -- a loose remake of Charles E. Sellier Jr.’s 1984 classic Silent Night, Deadly Night. [3]
