Consuelo Leticia Nouel Gómez is a pageant titleholder, was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1937. She is the Miss Venezuela titleholder for 1957, and was the official representative of Venezuela to the Miss Universe 1957 pageant held in Long Beach, California, USA, on July 19, 1957.[1] Consuelo Nouel was Venezuelan Cónsul in Italy from 1994 to 1996.

She is great-granddaughter of Adolphe Estanislas Nouel Colón, a Dominican immigrant to Venezuela; his father, Jean Baptiste Adolphe Nouel y Gobert, was born in Yuma, Dominican Republic, to French parents. She is first cousin-thrice removed of Monsignor Adolfo Alejandro Nouel and third cousin-once removed of Dominican politician José Ignacio Paliza Nouel.[2]
