Constant Villegas is a rugby league player for Toulouse Olympique in the Elite One Championship. He plays on the wing or in the second-row. He is a French international.

He has been named in the France training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[1]

Villegas continued to represent France in the 2009 Four Nations tournament.
