Formerly known as Liberty Prairie Conservancy, Conserve Lake County works with groups and individuals in Lake County, Illinois to preserve open space, protect clean water and native species.[1]
It also provides information to homeowners on how to incorporate native plants in their landscaping, through the Conservation@Home program. It is a member of Chicago Wilderness.
