Connect Transit,[1] formerly Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System is the primary provider of mass transportation in McLean County, Illinois. The system consists of 17 fixed routes, plus Illinois State University Redbird Express service 2:30am on weekends. The majority of the bus fleet consists of Gillig Phantom buses, with five Gillig Low Floor buses supplementing.
