Facilities

Bryan Hospital

The flagship campus in Bryan, Ohio is a 113 bed[2] rural federally qualified health center.[3] It is equipped with an emergency department, an OB and maternity unit, surgical suites, vascular diagnostic imaging and a heart catheterization system, a radiation oncology treatment center, and a helipad for medical evacuation.[4][5]

Bryan Hospital also features a number of specialty medical clinics including ear, nose, and throat;[6] cardiology;[7] pain management;[8] urology;[9] orthopedics;[10] and wound care.[11]

Additional services offered at Bryan Hospital include physical, occupational, and speech therapy;[12] nutrition and diabetes education;[13] cardiac rehabilitation[14] and heart failure navigation programming;[15] and mental health and counseling.[16]

In early 2015, CHWC formed the Vantage Healthcare of Ohio, LLC collaborative with seven other hospitals from Northwest Ohio as a means to pool resources and overall save money.[17] [18] The partnership includes Bellevue Hospital (Bellevue), Blanchard Valley Health Systems (Findlay), Fisher-Titus Medical Center (Norwalk), Fulton County Health Center (Wauseon), Henry County Hospital (Napoleon), Magruder Memorial Hospital (Port Clinton), and Wood County Hospital (Bowling Green).

Montpelier Hospital

The outlying Montpelier, Ohio campus is a 25-bed rural critical access hospital[19] that specializes in rehabilitative services.[20] It is also equipped with an emergency department, imaging and radiology, a laboratory, a sleep disorder center, and neuropsychology.[21] Both the Bryan Hospital and the Montpelier Hospital emergency departments see 17,500 patients per year.[22]

Archbold Medical Center

The Archbold Medical Center—located in Archbold, Ohio—offers outpatient services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy; pain management; ear, nose, and throat; wound care; imaging and radiology; and laboratory.[23] Upon completed construction of Archbold Medical Center, the organization was renamed to recognize its expansion into Fulton County, from Community Hospitals of Williams County to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers.
