Colm Spillane (born 1 July 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays as a left corner-back for the Cork senior team.

Born in Castlelyons, County Cork, Spillane first played competitive hurling during his schooling at St. Colman's College in Fermoy.[1] He first played inter-county hurling at the age of sixteen when he joined the Cork minor team, before later joining the under-21 and intermediate sides. Spillane joined the Cork senior team during the 2013 season.

At club level Spillane has won several underage and divisional championship medals with Castlelyons.
