Christopher Howland
Christopher Burfield Howland (6 February 1936 – 14 May 2010) was an English cricketer active from 1956 to 1968 who played for Sussex and Kent. He was born in Whitstable and died in Farnborough, Kent. He appeared in 64 first-class matches as a righthanded batsman and wicketkeeper. He scored 1,629 runs with a highest score of 124 and completed 130 catches with 21 stumpings.[1]
Media career
In 1983 Howland joined the fledgling cable television sports channel Screensport as marketing director.[2]
