Christian Kouakou Yao (born 1 March 1991 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire) is an Ivorian footballer playing as a Forward for a Ligue 1 club Caen.
Career
He began his career with Toumodi F.C. and became in summer 2007 a contract with Anderlecht's academy. After three years with the youth teams of R.S.C. Anderlecht signed in January 2010 for Thai club Muangthong United[2]
During the mid season transfer period of the 2010/2011 season, the player was linked with the Belgian Premier Division club KV Mechelen.
On 31 August 2016, Kouakou joined Nîmes Olympique on a season-long loan deal.[3]
