Chris Tordoff (born 1980s) in Leeds, England but moved to Swinford, Co. Mayo, Ireland, during his teenage years.[1] Tordoff is an actor/writer who rose to fame producing, writing and playing Francis 'The Viper' Higgins in Irish media series aired on RTÉ, Hardy Bucks (2010–2011) (2015).

Tordoff played his role as The Viper in the 2013 film 'The Hardy Bucks Movie.'[2] Tordoff then started making comedy pieces and posting them on YouTube, which gained him widespread fame. He has since appeared on The Republic of Telly on RTÉ and is in the process of doing 'Viper's View', an online news series, for Russian broadcaster RT UK.[3][4] Tordoff also does advertisements for Irish bookmakers; Boyle Sports.

In October 2016, Chris Tordoff was nominated for an IFTA in the Best Male Performance category for his role as Francis Higgins, losing out to Red Rock's Sean Mahon.[5]
