Chróścielów [xruɕˈt͡ɕeluf] (German: Krastillau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kietrz, within Głubczyce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Kietrz, 16 km (10 mi) south of Głubczyce, and 67 km (42 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 468 as of 2007.
