Chloe Eudaly is a bookstore owner[1] and politician from the U.S. state of Oregon. Before being elected to Portland's City Council in 2016,[2] Eudaly was known as a renters rights activist and founder of Portland's Independent Publishing Resource Center.
She was elected to City Council in the November 2016 election. She succeeded Commissioner Steve Novick, who lost to Eudaly after losing popularity over a controversial street fee.[3]
