Chinchaypujio (from Quechua Chinchay Pukyu) is one of nine districts of the Anta Province in Peru.[1]
Geography
One of the highest peaks of the district is Wintanayuq at approximately 4,200 m (13,800 ft). Other mountains are listed below:[2]

Ethnic groups
The people in the district are mainly indigenous citizens of Quechua descent. Quechua is the language which the majority of the population (91.85%) learnt to speak in childhood, 7.95% of the residents started speaking using the Spanish language (2007 Peru Census).[3]
