The China Democratic National Construction Association (Chinese: 中国民主建国会) is one of the eight legally recognised political parties in the People's Republic of China that follow the direction of the Communist Party of China and are members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. It was founded in Chongqing in 1945 by the Vocational Education Society, a former member of the China Democratic League.
Members are chiefly entrepreneurs from the manufacturing, financial, or commercial industries in both private and state sectors. The chairman of CDNCA is Chen Changzhi (陈昌智), the former vice-minister of the Ministry of Supervision.
