Chang Chih-hao (born May 15, 1987) is a Taiwanese baseball outfielder who plays with the Chinatrust Brothers in the Chinese Professional Baseball League.

He represented Taiwan at the 2009 World Port Tournament and the 2017 World Baseball Classic.^[1]
