Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus or Shree Chhattrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus is the main railway terminus in the city of Kolhapur, India. This station is the end point of Latur road - Miraj - Kolhapur railway line. This station connects Kolhapur with major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Latur, Solapur, Nagpur, Tirupati, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Dhanbad through express trains.Recently the Railway Minister of India announced Kolhapur-Vaibhavwadi rail route then the station will be a junction and electrification of Kolhapur-Pune rail route in 2016-17 railbudget.There are daily passenger shuttle services between Kolhapur and Miraj. This railway station is named after Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur.
