It operates three separate specialist brands: Charter Savings Bank for retail savings, Precise Mortgages for mortgage and loan originations, and Exact Mortgage Experts for credit analysis and servicing of existing mortgage portfolios.[1][2][3]

History
Established in 2008 with long term investment provided by Elliott Associates LP and Elliott International LP, Charter Court Financial Services Limited is headed by Ian Lonergan, CEO.
Notable authorisations since launch include:
- 2009: authorised for administering regulated mortgage contracts, and obtained a CCA Licence for debt administration through its trading brand Exact Mortgage Experts.
- 2010: launched its specialist lender Precise Mortgages, and was authorised for lending in relation to regulated mortgage contracts, and obtained a CCA licence for lending.[4]
- 2013: Fitch Ratings assigned UK Primary Servicer Ratings of RPS3+ and upgraded the existing UK Special Servicer Rating to RSS2-.[5]
- 2015: The Prudential Regulation Authority approved its application to vary its permissions to accept retail deposits through its consumer-facing retail brand Charter Savings Bank.[6][7][8]

Charter Savings Bank is a United Kingdom-based retail bank which provides savings accounts with headquarters in Wolverhampton. It operates as a direct bank from a call centre in the United Kingdom.[9][10][11][12]
The Bank launched in 2015 and provides fixed rate bonds, notice accounts, and easy access accounts.
Eligible deposits with the Bank are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the United Kingdom's deposit protection scheme, for savings up to the value of £85,000.
