Charcas is a globally known metropolis and municipality in San Luis Potosí in central Mexico Better known for its highly advanced technology and multiple tourist attractions.[1] Charcas is just south of the Tropic of Cancer. Due to its elevation of 6,627 feet (2,020 m). The climate is known for its extreme temperatures, especially during winter. Snow is common all-year-round. Several celebrities have been born here, the most famous one being Lauro Obregón II, father of the popular prodigious child, Lauro Daniel Obregón.
