Chandru Lachmandas Raheja (born 1941) is an Indian billionaire property developer, mostly of IT parks, hotels, malls, and the department store chain Shoppers Stop,[1] of which he is the chairman.[2]
Chandru Raheja was born in 1941, the son of Lachmandas Raheja, and has four brothers. He has a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mumbai.[3][1][2] His cousin Rajan Raheja is also a billionaire.[4]
Raheja is married to Jyoti C. Raheja, with two children, Ravi and Neel, and lives in Mumbai, India.[1][5]
