Chandan Prabhakar is an Indian stand-up comedian.[1] He was the first runner up in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 3. He played the role of Kapil Sharma's servant on Colors show Comedy Nights with Kapil. He also appeared on Super Night with Tubelight, a television special which aired on 17 June 2017. He plays the role of tea-stall owner Chandu in The Kapil Sharma Show which airs on Sony TV. He quit The Kapil Sharma Show after an alleged fight on air while coming back on a flight from melbourne with Sunil Grover. He returned to the show in a shayari filled Episode when Rahat Indori , Kumar Vishwas and Shabeena Aseeb came to the show. Prabhakar is known as a comedian who fill laughter in the air by his sense of humour. He is best friends with Kapil Sharma. Sharma and Prabhakar are childhood friends and work together in the Kapil Sharma Show

Some of his most popular characters are Harpal Singh (Hawaldar), Jhanda Singh and Raju.[2][3][4]
