Chak Jhumra (Urdu: چک جهُمره), is a Railway junction and tehsil situated at a distance of about 21 km from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan on Faisalabad-Sangla Hill Road.[2] It was a grain market before partition.
There was an army airport which was destroyed in Pak-India 1965 war.[1] There are 2 Degree Colleges(1 for boys and 1 for girls) and two higher secondary schools(1 for boys and 1 for girls) in chak jhumra.These colleges and schools are considered only source of higher study for its nearby villages.
