Ceratopteridoideae is one of the five subfamilies in the Pteridaceae family of ferns. It includes only the two genera Acrostichum and Ceratopteris.[1] The following diagram shows a likely phylogenic relationship between the two Ceratopteridoideae genera and the other Pteridaceae subfamilies.[2]
