Central New York Maple Festival

The Central New York Maple Festival is an annual festival held in Marathon, New York, celebrating New York maple, its production, and its many manifestations.[1] The festival also uses areas in Marathon to host vendors, concerts, exhibitions, and activities of all sorts.[2]
