Central Field (Marshall)
Central Field served as primary home of the Marshall University football team located on the campus of Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, United States from 1895-1926. The team played in an area known today as the Marshall Quad located between the Morrow Library and the Memorial Student Center on campus.[1] In 1927, Marshall opened Fairfield Stadium, which would serve as the home of the football program for 64 years.
