Cebrennus is a genus of huntsman spiders mostly found in Northern Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.[1] The genus was first described by Eugéne Simon in 1880.[1]

The Moroccan flic-flac spider, C. rechenbergi, was first described in 2014. It uses a flic-flac motion to escape threats.
