Overview

Exit Review

Cavendish has developed an Exit Review Process that they claim to be strategically aimed at enhancing value and positioning businesses for sale during the 6–18 months prior to commencing a sale exercise.[3] Exit Review is designed to assist shareholders who have the time to plan a future exit strategy and can highlight alternative options for companies considering re-financing or a minority sale to an equity investor.

International Focus

Cavendish is a member of M&A International Inc., a global alliance of M&A boutiques. M&A International Inc. offers the resources of 46 M&A advisory and investment banking firms operating in 40 countries. The mergers and acquisitions market is increasingly global and many company disposals attract interest from overseas purchasers. Membership of M&A International Inc. enables Cavendish to locate international buyers who are often willing to pay higher prices than domestic buyers.[4]
