Carmel Jyothi Matric Higher Secondary School, Colachel

Carmel Jyothi Matriculation School[1] is run by the C.M.C sisters of Chavara Region, Thuckalay. Motto of the school is “Let your light Shine”. School is located in Velliyakulam, Colachel, Kanyakumari, India. Classes are catered from Pre-Nursery to 12th. The School is recognized by the Directorate of Matriculation Schools, Tamil Nadu. For Std I to X, the model of education from Samacheer Kalvi of Tamil Nadu is followed. For Higher Secondary Classes Tamil Nadu State Higher Secondary Syllabus is followed. It is a Co-Educational Institution.[2]
