Campynema is a plant genus in the Campynemataceae family first described in 1805.[1][3] It contains only one known species (monotypic), Campynema lineare, endemic to the Island of Tasmania in Australia.[2][4] Its closest relative is Campynemanthe, endemic to New Caledonia,[5] sole other genus of the family.
