Cameraria gaultheriella is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from British Columbia, Canada, and California, Oregon and Maine in the United States.[2] It is an adventive species in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, but is not established.

The wingspan is 10-11 mm.

The larvae feed on Gaultheria species, including Gaultheria shallon. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a blotch mine on the upperside of the leaf.
